This mouth-watering Konkani snack is made up of Alphonso mangoes from the Konkan coast. It is known as "Aambyache Saath/ Aamba Poli" in the Marathi language. Aamba poli comes with a sweet, sour, and tangy taste.

Ingredients:
Mango pulp
Sugar (Adjust to taste)
Ghee
Procedure:
Take round dishes or rectangular dishes.
Take a mango pulp, taste it, and add sugar according to the taste.
Mix it well till the sugar dissolves.
Apply a light ghee layer on the plates
Spread the pulp evenly on the plates.
Cover the plates with a thin cloth or plastic or butter paper.
Let them dry in the sun.
After they dry, separate them from the dishes and store them in air-sealed packets or jars.
